The Season 3 update for Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone marks the halfway point of the 2023/2024 Call of Duty cycle and like previous seasonal updates, there's a brand-new battle pass containing a wealth of content to unlock.

How to get Gladiator in MW3 and Warzone

Like most weaponry that arrives at the start of a season, unlocking the Gladiator is a very straightforward process. To obtain the weapon, complete Sector 15 of the battle pass by spending unlock tokens earned by playing multiplayer or battle royale matches.

Sector 15 of the battle pass will feature five tokens. The first four sections feature smaller rewards with the Gladiator unlocking once the sector is complete

Is the Gladiator good in MW3 Warzone?

Although most melee weapons require players to get up close and personal with the opposition, some possess different characteristics from others.

In the case of the Gladiator, Sledgehammer Games has made comparisons to the Karambit, a small knife capable of eliminating nearby players with ease. In a recent blog post, the devs say: “Close combat was never so quick and painful, with the Gladiator rivalling the Karambit for supreme mobility, handling, and damage potential."

We'll have to wait and see if the Gladiator becomes one of the more popular melee weapons in the arsenal once Season 3 gets underway on April 3, 2024.
